Our team takes great care to ensure that your service visit not only leaves your home or business radiant, but that your property is protected. Below are some things you can do in advance of our visit.
If we're washing your roof, house, pool screens, patio, or deck, you'll need to ensure that all of your windows and doors are closed. You don't want to get our water or soaps in your house!
If you have doors or windows that aren't water tight, we recommend putting some towels at the openings to block any water.
If your porch, patio, or lanai has furniture, outdoor rugs, or potted plants, it can make it difficult for our team to clean your surfaces, screens, or siding. Plus we don't want our chemicals to damage your expensive belongings. If our soaps and chemicals come in contact with your furniture, it can cause discoloration, spotting, and fading.
We ask that you move your vehicles out of your driveway and away from your house during our service visit. We'll need access to bring our houses onto your property, and we want to prevent any potential overspray of our chemicals from hitting your vehicles.
If we're washing your driveway, we'll also need access to all of the surface. Once we clean your driveway, we also post-treat it with soap, so we recommend waiting for it to dry before you park or walk on it.
If possible, we ask that you move your potted plants out of the area that we'll be cleaning. Potted plants in particular are susceptible to damage from our chemicals, and they may be in the way of our washing machines.
Our team will leave very large potted plants in place so we don't risk breaking them.
